Yes, you can use Gatherly for free. We have a free plan that allows you to collect up to 25 feedback, bug reports, and feature requests per month. You can upgrade to a paid plan to get more submissions and more features.
It takes less than a minute to install. Paste one script tag with your project key and you're done.
No. It's a small script that loads after your page, so it doesn't block rendering. You can serve it from your Gatherly domain, or cache it behind your CDN later.
Yes, on Starter and above. Chats and inbox replies are included (500 chat messages a month on Starter, 2,000 on Growth, 7,500 on Scale). Everything lands in a shared inbox, so it doesn't get stuck in someone's email.
Each widget submission counts once: general feedback, a bug report, a feature request, or a review. Chat messages are counted separately on paid plans.
You'll see usage in the dashboard, and we notify you around 80% and again when you hit the cap. New submissions pause until you upgrade, the month resets (UTC), or you free up space by deleting old messages. We don't silently drop messages. People using your product see a clear note if the cap is reached.
Yes. Paid plans are month to month. Cancel in billing and you keep access through the period you already paid for.
